Refund Policy

1. Service Commencement

Work begins upon receipt of the initial payment milestone. Each service engagement has clearly defined phases as outlined in our service descriptions.

2. Milestone-Based Refunds

Refunds are calculated based on completed project milestones:

  • Before Phase 1 Completion: Full refund minus 15% administrative fee
  • After Phase 1, Before Phase 2: 50% refund of remaining balance
  • After Phase 2 Completion: No refund; final phase proceeds to delivery

3. Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the milestone in question. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Third-party software licenses already purchased
  • Domain registration fees
  • Completed design work approved by the client

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to arbitration in Valencia, Spain, in accordance with Spanish commercial law.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging FreshAngleWorks services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Client) and FreshAngleWorks (the Provider).

2. Scope of Services

Services are defined in individual project proposals and statements of work. Any modifications to the scope require written agreement from both parties and may affect pricing and timelines.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all deliverables. Source code and design files are transferred to the Client. FreshAngleWorks retains the right to display work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 24 months.

5. Limitation of Liability

FreshAngleWorks' total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid under the specific project agreement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the Client pays for all work completed up to the termination date. Work product delivered is compensated in full.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Valencia, Spain.
